Erica graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Development from the University of California, Berkeley and with an M.S. from University of California, Davis in 2012. Currently, she is a 5th year PhD candidate in Education at the University of Colorado, Boulder. During her time as an undergraduate at Berkeley, she developed her writing, organization, and study skills. Sharon received her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from CU Boulder. She began tutoring math as a sophomore in high school in courses ranging from Algebra through Calculus II. As an undergraduate, Sharon was a Calculus II Learning Assistant (LA) and she tutored at the Math Academic Resource Center (MARC). While she was an LA, Sharon took a math and science education course in which she learned about effective educational methods and pedagogical theories. As a tutor at the MARC, she helped students in a wide variety of courses: anything from Quantitative Reasoning to upper-division math courses. Ryan is a 5th year PhD candidate in the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology at CSU and has a B.S. in Entomology from Michigan State University. His research focuses on chemical ecology of insects. He has excelled in graduate and undergraduate courses in biology, ecology, and chemistry and has extensive teaching experience in biology courses. Josh received a BS degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2009 where he was a Mathematics and Physics double-major.
