Kristen graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2014. She is currently a grad student at Colorado State University pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. Her research is focused on studying the cellular mechanisms of breast cancer tumors and how currently approved cancer drugs can individually and in combination block these cellular mechanisms. Ryan is a 5th year PhD candidate in the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology at CSU and has a B.S. in Entomology from Michigan State University. His research focuses on chemical ecology of insects. He has excelled in graduate and undergraduate courses in biology, ecology, and chemistry and has extensive teaching experience in biology courses.
