What students & parents have to say about our tutors
This tutor is very useful whenever you're struggling. He can lay out visualizations to portray the big idea behind a concept.
He was an awesome tutor and helped me pass one of my most difficult courses!
Mogi went above and beyond my expectations. She was always prepared and had a lesson ready each time. Her use of a tutor session specific notebook was huge and really made me prepared for my quizzes and exams. She put up with my at times stupid questions and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. I would absolutely recommend Mogi to anyone.
Elizabeth is a good tutor. She was professional and responsive to our scheduling requests. Each session, she would show up prepared and help my son to thoroughly review his past week's course material. Highly recommended.
Nate was an exceptional tutor. He was able to explain very abstract and difficult concepts in Quantum Mechanics in a way that I was really able to absorb. He helped me with homework, study for exams, and really adapted to the way in which I learn. I felt comfortable asking him every question I had, even when I couldn't articulate myself very well. I would definitely recommend Nate.
Sharon is a fantastic tutor who helped me with my high school Calculus class. I could both quantitatively and qualitatively track my improvement with my skills, and I have her to thank for that. If you need a math tutor, you won't be disappointed with her help!
Chayenne helped our daughter finish her last quarter of 9th grade math strong; she is kind and warm and my daughter likes working with her. She was able to assess where my daughter's skills were coming up short and focus on those to bring her grade up at the end of a tough quarter. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
She did a really good job of using our time efficiently, but never rushed me. She helped make sure I understood the concepts. She was really good at making herself available to me even outside of our sessions. She was very patient with me and took the time to explain the concepts I was struggling with so that I could understand them better.
Luke was an integral aspect to my academic success this last semester. His understanding of engineering and mathematical concepts are incredible, and his ability to take complex ideas and break them down into understandable bits of information is amazing. Luke is incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating. His easy-going personality always made me feel comfortable asking any sort of question and his answers were always genuine and well-informed. I would recommend Luke to anyone trying to pass a class, improve their grade, or develop a deeper understanding of the material their class is covering. I cannot thank Luke enough for the help he has given me and am happy to be able to consider him both a mentor and a friend now.
Ben is a great tutor! He is very smart, nice, and respectful! He definitely knows what he is talking about and genuinely cares that the students he tutors succeed.
