Cancelling, Rescheduling and Late Arrival to Tutor Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutor session, please contact your tutor immediately. Please read the following policies about last minute cancellations, no-shows, late arrival and rescheduling.
Cancelling A Session
If you cancel a scheduled session:
1) at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged
2) less than 24 hours before your scheduled sessions, you will be charged for the TOTAL SCHEDULED TIME (in other words, if you cancel a 2 hour session without 24 hour notification, you will be charged for the scheduled 2 hour session).
Late Arrival
If you are running late, please call or text your tutor to let him/her know that you are on the way. Your tutor will wait 15 minutes for you. If in that time your tutor has not heard from you, the session will be cancelled, AND you will still be charged for the total time scheduled.
Missed Sessions
Contact your tutor immediately if you cannot make it to a session. If you do not show up to a session, you will be charged the for the total time scheduled.
Rescheduling a session
If you need to reschedule a session, please inform your tutor as soon as possible. If you contact your tutor less than 24 hours before your session, your tutor may choose to charge you for a last minute cancellation.Session No 9 Welcome To The Magic Sessions
In general, please be considerate of your tutor. The moment you realize that you cannot make it to a session or will be late, let your tutor know IMMEDIATELY to avoid the above mentioned charges.
